COSL, producer of Cementing Technology for CO2 Reinjection Wells in South China Sea
CCS/CCUS well cementing technology includes anticorrosive cement slurry technology with high corrosion resistance, CO2 self-healing anticorrosive cement slurry technology, non-corrosive special cement technology and cement sheath integrity simulation evaluation technology, which can provide robust barriers for CCS/CCUS well cementing and ensure the integrity of the long life cycle of the wellbore.
COSL, producer of Thru-Casing Density Logging Technology
Thru-Casing Density Logging employs the Monte Carlo method to calculate reservoir density behind casing. It counters casing and cement effects through corrections, simultaneous density calculation and cement thickness adjustments. This innovative technology reduces operational risks, saves time and enhances logging efficiency in challenging well conditions.
PETRONAS / Worley, producer of Pseudo Dry Gas
PDG is a series of subsea, inline, piggable devices that enable the economic development of gas discoveries at step-out distances of up to 300 km, almost double what can be achieved with conventional approaches. PDG technology separate liquid and gas from the well, leading to efficient single-phase gas and liquid flow along the pipelines. Phase segregated flow remove the need for topside processing and greatly lower gas compression and production chemicals requirement leading to lower CAPEX, OPEX, and CO2 emission.
PTTEP, producer of AI and Robotics Solutions for Offshore Digitalization
AI and Robotics Solutions for Offshore Digitalization revolutionizes offshore operations with a fully autonomous robot fleet. These robots conduct patrolling, platform inspections, and parts delivery between offshore platforms and onshore, collaborating through a cloud-based platform. They enhance operational efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness in the oil and gas sector.
SLB, producer of Neuro™ Autonomous Solutions
Neuro autonomous solutions combine SLB domain expertise with connected intelligent systems. This significantly increases the efficiency, consistency, and reliability of E&P operations while reducing human intervention and the carbon footprint. Neuro solutions are based on four pillars: intelligent planning, intelligent execution, surface automation, and downhole automation.
Technip Energies, producer of Canopy Marine
Developed by Technip Energies' subsidiary, KANFA, Canopy Marine offers innovative compact modular units for post-combustion CO₂capture, treatment and injection for offshore applications. Canopy Marine is part of Canopy by T.EN™, an integrated suite of flexible post-combustion carbon capture solutions for any emitters, powered by Shell's CANSOLV® CO₂Capture System.
Weatherford, producer of StringGuard™ Spider Load-Transfer Indicator
The Weatherford StringGuard spider load-transfer indicator provides an additional layer of security to prevent dropped tubulars by indicating when the elevator has successfully assumed the string weight. The indicator works in tandem with the existing safety interlock system to provide an additional layer of security, assuring operational integrity.
Small Business Award Category
NGLTech, producer of Enhanced Low Pressure Recovery System (Enhanced LP-CRS™)
The Enhanced LP-CRS™ system by NGLTech innovatively monetizes and mitigates low-pressure flare gas, simultaneously enhancing environmental stewardship and unlocking new revenue streams in the oil and gas industry. Remarkably reducing GHG emissions and proficiently recovering valuable condensates, it harmonizes economic and ecological objectives, paving the way for sustainable operations.
NGLTech, producer of TurboChill Integrated AlgaeBloom
Revolutionizing carbon management, our integrated TurboChill™ and AlgaeBloom systems offer a groundbreaking CCU solution. Efficiently transforming conditioned CO2 into biofuel via continuous algae cultivation, this sustainable, closed-loop model also re-purposes all waste into valuable nutritional byproducts, ensuring zero-waste, minimized power usage, and scalable greenhouse gas mitigation.
RL ProTec Sdn Bhd, producer of Boron Diffused/Treated Erosion Resistant Thru Tubing Sand Screen
Boron treated/diffused Erosion Resistant Through Tubing Sand Screen is made of wire-wrapped sand screen without base pipe and treated with Boron Carbide in a furnace, creating an exceptionally hard and wear-resistant surface layer for protection against erosion as well as corrosion.
Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) / GTS (Group Technical Solutions, PD&T), producer of Advanced Diagnostic and Prognostic Technology (ADaPT)
Advanced Diagnostics and Prognostic Technology (ADaPT) is a digital solution that offers real-time monitoring of your assets’ structural health based on mechanics, physics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning principles. It predicts the earliest signs of mechanical damage, as well as structural and mechanical crack behaviours with accurate remaining life prediction at 94%-99% confidence level.
