The Opening Ceremony will include a ministerial address and include remarks by Yang Mulia Tan Sri Tengku Muhammad Taufik, President & Group Chief Executive Officer, PETRONAS and Alex Martinez, Chair, OTC Board of Directors.

Attendance at the Opening Ceremony & Award Presentation will include representative from government ministries and departments, as well as leaders, senior management, and technical professionals from offshore energy resources industries.
