Pecan Energies is the operator of the Deepwater Tano Cape Three Points (DWT/CTP) block offshore Ghana and is fully owned by Africa Finance Corporation (AFC). Pecan Energies holds a 50 per cent share in the block, which includes the Pecan Field Development. The other partners in the license are Lukoil Overseas Ghana Tano Limited (38%), the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) (10%), and Fueltrade Limited (2%).
