The Next Wave is a one-day programme for young professionals and emerging leaders. Themed "What's Next, Energy Leaderds? Navigating the Energy Trilemma toward a Sustainable Asia," this programme offers participants the opportunity to network with seasoned professionals, learn about pressing challenges and opportunities in the industry, and receive guidance on how to make the most of their careers.
The Next Wave programme is scheduled 0900-1600 hours on Thursday, 29 February 2024.

Final-year undergraduate science, geoscience and engineering students are invited to participate in a bespoke week-long programme at OTC Asia. This programme aims to give university students a clear insight into the industry they are about to join; to allow them to return to their universities and colleges with a positive story to relate to their fellow students and to provide opportunities to interact with a number of major industry employers who are looking to recruit the best talent from institutions around the region. Students selected for this programme will have their airfare and accommodation to attend the event sponsored by OTC Asia.
The Energy Education Workshop, themed "Energy and You: Exploring Pathways to a Bright Future," introduces local high school students and teachers to the opportunities in the energy industry through talks with industry professionals, hands-on energy lessons, and a guided tour of the exhibition.
